At Mère & Moi, we are committed to processing and delivering your orders securely and reliably. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is received.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing time may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

At checkout, you can select from the following options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after processing

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, or seasonal volume.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update with the carrier.


Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO / FPO / DPO addresses

If a shipping address cannot be serviced by the carrier, we will contact you to arrange a solution or issue a refund.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours at:

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an order has already shipped, we are unable to change the address.
