At Mère & Moi, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened and unused

  • Items must be in their original packaging

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used baby products cannot be returned, unless the item is defective or damaged.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Once confirmed, we will offer either:

  • A replacement at no cost, or

  • A full refund, based on your preference

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used baby products (unless defective)

  • Items damaged due to misuse

  • Clearance / final sale items

  • Gift cards


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Bank and card processing times may vary
